Ownership and funding
This page explains who owns Conxept and how it is funded. You should know who you are working with and who, if anyone, we answer to. The short version: Conxept is independently owned and funded by its own work, with no outside investors and no grants.
Who owns Conxept
Conxept is privately owned by a single owner, Abdul Ahad, who founded the company and runs it day to day. The business trades as Conxept Innovations and is registered in United States. There is no parent company, no holding group, and no outside shareholders.
The person who owns Conxept is the person accountable for it.
How we are funded
Conxept is funded in two plain ways: the money clients pay us for our work, and the founder’s own funds. That is it. We are not backed by venture capital, private equity, or any outside investor, and we have not taken grants.
Growth comes from doing work that clients choose to keep paying for, not from someone else’s cheque.=
What does not own or fund us
To be clear about what is not behind Conxept:
- No outside investors, venture capital, or private equity.
- No parent company or holding group.
- No grants, public or private.
- No paid stake held by any client, vendor, or partner.
We spell this out because it shapes how we work. When an agency answers to investors, the pressure is to grow the agency. When it answers only to clients, the pressure is to move their numbers. We are in the second group.
Grants
Conxept has not received any grants, public or private. If that changes, we will list each grant here, along with what it was for and when we received it, so this page stays accurate.
What our ownership and funding means for you
The structure is simple on purpose. It means no outside party can push us to take on work that is wrong for you, to pad a retainer, or to chase our own growth ahead of your results. You are working with the person who owns the company, and we answer to you, not to a board.
Keeping this page current
We will update this page if our ownership or funding changes. If you have a question about who owns or funds Conxept, email [hello@conxept.com].
Independent ownership and funding is not a marketing line for us, it is how the company is built.
